Born in Boyacá, Colombia, Aldebaran is rewriting what craft spirits can mean, fermenting and distilling with unconventional ingredients like gulupa and yacon. We built them an identity as elegant and ambitious as their vision. A name worth remembering, a brand worth reaching for.
